Our autonomic nervous system has two primary branches: the sympathetic (fight-or-flight) and parasympathetic (rest-and-digest). Modern life often keeps us in sympathetic overdrive, leading to chronic stress, anxiety, and burnout.

  • Simple Practices for Regulation

    Breathwork: : Try 4-7-8 breathing - inhale for 4, hold for 7, exhale for 8.

    Body Awareness: : Notice where you hold tension and consciously relax those areas.

    Nature Connection: : Spend time outdoors, barefoot if possible.

    Movement: : Gentle yoga, walking, or dancing helps discharge stored stress.
