Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

By booking any service at Soma Wellness Studio, you agree to these terms of service. Our offerings include in-studio therapeutic bodywork, digital wellness sessions, educational programs, and retail products.

2. Booking & Appointments

• All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or in person
• We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling
• Late arrivals may result in shortened session time
• Missed appointments without notice may be charged 50% of the service fee

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged
• We accept cash, eSewa, and other digital payment methods
• Shop orders: Payment on delivery (COD) or advance payment via eSewa
• Digital sessions: Payment required before session access
• Membership fees are non-refundable after activation

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

5. Health & Safety

• Please inform us of any health conditions, injuries, or pregnancy before your session
• Certain services may not be suitable for specific medical conditions
• We reserve the right to refuse service if health concerns arise
• Clients are responsible for disclosing accurate health information

6. Code of Conduct

Soma is a sanctuary space. We ask all guests to maintain respectful, mindful behavior. Inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and teachings provided through Soma Wellness Studio are protected by intellectual property rights. Recording, reproducing, or sharing our proprietary content without permission is prohibited.

8. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure safety, clients participate in all activities at their own risk. Soma Wellness Studio is not liable for injuries, loss of personal items, or other damages incurred during your visit.

9. Photography & Privacy

We may take photographs or videos at our studio for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff. We respect your privacy and will honor your request.

10. Changes to Terms

Soma Wellness Studio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
