What Is Soma?
Soma is a sanctuary for coming home to yourself. A place where your nervous system can soften, your body can release what it has been holding, and you can remember the wisdom you already carry.
We offer practices that honor the whole person: body, breath, heart, and mind. From somatics and breathwork to tea rituals and physiotherapy, from prenatal care to spiritual inquiry, everything we do is rooted in one belief: that healing is not something done to you, but something awakened within you.

Why This Matters Now
We live in a time of constant noise, chronic stress, and disconnection from our bodies. The nervous system is overworked. The heart is often closed. The body becomes a stranger.

Why Pregnancy?
Pregnancy is one of the most profound transformations a body can experience. It is not just physical, it is emotional, psychological, spiritual, and relational. The nervous system recalibrates. The heart expands. The body becomes a portal.
At Soma, we believe that how a woman is held during pregnancy shapes not just her birth, but her entire transition into motherhood. We offer prenatal care that is gentle, informed, and deeply respectful of the body's intelligence.
