Refund Policy

General Policy

At Soma Wellness Studio, we strive to provide exceptional service. However, we understand that circumstances may require cancellations or refunds. This policy outlines our approach to different service types.

Studio Services (In-Person)

Cancellations

  • 24+ hours notice: Full refund or complimentary rescheduling
  • Less than 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee applies
  • No-show: Full service fee will be charged

Service Dissatisfaction

If you are unsatisfied with your service, please inform us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue through service credit, complimentary add-on, or partial refund at our discretion.

Digital Wellness Sessions

  • Before session: Cancel up to 24 hours before for full refund
  • After session start: No refunds for missed or partially attended sessions
  • Technical issues: If we experience technical difficulties, you'll receive a full refund or complimentary rescheduling

Memberships & Packages

  • Monthly memberships: Non-refundable after activation. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice to prevent next billing cycle
  • Multi-session packages: Refundable within 7 days of purchase if unused. After first use, remaining sessions are non-refundable but transferable
  • Annual packages: Partial refund available within first 30 days, minus used sessions and 15% administrative fee

Shop Orders & Products

Returns & Exchanges

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
  • Damaged or defective items: Full refund or replacement within 14 days

Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.

Educational Programs & Workshops

  • 30+ days before start: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
  • 14-29 days before: 50% refund
  • Less than 14 days: No refund, but transferable to another participant or future program
  • Program cancellation: If we cancel, full refund or credit toward future programs

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Extensions may be granted in special circumstances.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your booking/order number and reason for refund
  3. Allow 5-7 business days for processing
  4. Refunds will be issued to original payment method

Emergency Circumstances

We understand that life is unpredictable. In cases of medical emergencies, family bereavement, or natural disasters, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a compassionate solution.
