No Refunds Policy:

Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. All transactions are final and cannot be reversed.

Validity Period:

Gift cards are valid for 2 Months from the date of purchase. After expiration, the card cannot be used.

Usage:

Gift cards can be used for any SOMA services unless specifically restricted. One gift card cannot be split across multiple transactions.

Delivery:

Digital cards are delivered within 1 hour. Physical cards will be ready for pickup within 24 hours or delivered within 2-3 business days.

No Cash Value:

Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or converted to other products.

Cancellation:

Cancellations cannot be processed once payment is received.

Lost or Stolen Cards:

SOMA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Original proof of purchase may be required for replacement.
